My name is Nica Granada, and I work as a Virtual Assistant with Insurance Medics. I grew up in the Philippines, specifically in Quezon City, and I currently reside in Montalban, Rizal. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Technology, which has given me a strong technical and analytical foundation that I bring into my role each day.
While I do not yet have direct experience working in the insurance industry, I am excited about supporting the work we do at Insurance Medics by helping people make informed decisions and providing assistance that gives them confidence and peace of mind.
What I enjoy most about my job is the collaborative environment. Working alongside a supportive team that is always willing to help makes the workplace positive, motivating, and rewarding.
When I am not working, I usually spend time playing with my son and taking part in typical mom activities. I also enjoy crocheting, and on occasion, playing computer games with my cousins as a way to relax and unwind.
