She helped us to not only get coverage, but an amazing homeowner's rate on our new waterfront home on a barrier island, despite having an original 1997 roof! The concrete tile roof is in excellent shape with over a decade remaining life left, yet a month into our policy, the insurer tried to cancel us for a roof over 15yo. Carrie worked tirelessly and kept me up to date almost daily as she worked through multiple rounds with the insurer. By fighting on our behalf, she ultimately succeeded in ensuring that our policy would remain in effect prior to the planned cancellation. Simply Amazing, Above, and Beyond! Highest recommendation!
