My name is Hanz Luke Fundan Cristobal, and I work in Customer Support at Insurance Medics. I grew up in Cebu, Philippines, where I currently live, and I am a college undergraduate. I have been working since 2015 in various fields, including auto insurance, where I have spent one year gaining experience helping clients with their policies.
What excites me most about my work is being able to piece the puzzles together to solve issues. I enjoy talking about topics related to my field—both big and small—because they often highlight new things for me to learn and help me grow professionally.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at home with my fiancée. I also love singing, as well as sketching and sculpting with clay, depending on what inspires me on the weekend. In addition, I am involved in a local gaming convention, where I help provide security and support so attendees can safely enjoy the event and connect with others.
