Well, a 1095-A form is a tax form that sends off from the government that basically explains the tax credit or subsidy amounts that you take in throughout the year to help pay for your medical insurance, and those numbers in turn need to be reported on your tax return. You could obtain this form by simply waiting in the mail for it or logging into your healthcare.gov marketplace account, or go and ask your agent who sold you the policy. They can go into the marketplace and obtain the tax form for you. If all else fails, you can give us a call, even if you did not buy health insurance from us, and we’ll be more than happy to go into your account, obtain your 1095-A form and send it right to you.
