I am pleased to say that I have been an agency principal for over 12 years now! I absolutely love to help people protect what matters most to them and I love to be in a position to do so every day. I also love meeting new customers and building strong relationships with them. After all, it is very rewarding to be able to assist the wonderful people of this community with their insurance needs–while also making new friends!
I was born and raised in Chicago and moved to Florida when I was fifteen years old. I went on to receive my bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida International University and my master’s degree in management from Harvard University. I really enjoy traveling and visiting new places and creating new memories! When I am not at work you can find me outdoors somewhere enjoying nature.

I have over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry and yet I am pleased to learn something new every single day. I was born and raised in Chicago, IL and I went to college and received my degree in business administration. The best part about my job is guiding my customers towards picture-perfect coverage for themselves and their families. I love helping folks find the right plan to save them money. There is no better feeling than being able to lower a clients premium to save some hard-earned cash!

On a more personal note, I am an avid basketball player with a shot that rivals Michael Jordan. When I am not working, you can certainly find me spending time with my wife, daughter, and 2 boys. Most of my friends know that I am a total foodie and coffee addict. I love to try new restaurants and coffee shops whenever I can! I also like to show support for the wonderful organizations in our area like St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital and Doctors Without Borders.

I am the renewal specialist personalizing and tailoring policies month after month, year after year, to suit the individual needs of growing families and thriving businesses. I excel in loss prevention and helping people prepare for new beginnings! I am honored to say that the work that I do secures the continued prosperity for the firm. I also love that my contributions allow clients to have peace of mind knowing that I provide them with the information and knowledge of all available options for them so that they can choose which coverage is the perfect fit for them! I was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida, and still, live in Hollywood to this day!

I really enjoy keeping up with my professional development and continuing education so I continue to craft my area of expertise through reading professional journals, attending seminars, and taking occasional classes in my free time so that I can be the best possible specialist I can be. When I am not working or studying, I enjoy relaxing with my significant other around the pool, on the couch, or anywhere that we can spend some time; friends are always invited over too, of course! I also really enjoy roller skating, I think I was built for the roller derby with the way I can muscle around the rink!

My experience in the insurance industry has led me to be well versed in all things commercial! If you need general liability, commercial property, workers compensation, professional liability and all other forms of commercial insurance, I’m your go-to! What most excites me about my work is that every client and every risk is different. I love being able to offer my clients peace of mind knowing that in the event they will need it, they are insured and covered! I grew up in the quaint little town of Mattituck, New York, where everyone knows everyone and life is simple and sweet.

I really enjoy spending time with my family, if you get to know me you’ll learn that I cannot stop talking about how great my daughter is! My favorite way to spend a weekend is out on my boat with my family, cruising the beautiful turquoise waters and feeling the warmth of our bright Florida sun! I also hate to admit it, but I constantly catch myself binge-watching terrible reality tv shows!

I have been in the insurance industry for over ten years now! For most people, properties, cars, health, and business are the most expensive assets they own and I have the pleasure of being able to protect their most prized possessions with insurance! I love continuously learning so I went to college and received my degree in business! I grew up in Chicago and also spent many years in the state of Ohio, and now reside in Florida. I am well-traveled! I really enjoy spending time with my family as we are constantly entertaining each other and never have a dull moment!

If I’m not at work, I’m probably spending time with my boys! On the weekends I’m usually at the baseball field watching my son have fun doing what he loves. I also really enjoy playing sports myself, and when I have some added free time I’ll head down to the court or soccer field and let my inner-child come out! I also volunteer to help the less fortunate whenever I can, and also assist with the Women’s Shelter and Orphanage Organizations!

That’s why I value my role as an insurance agent–where I get to be the trusted advisor for the members of this community that I love. I grew up right here in South Florida and haven’t ever thought about living elsewhere! The most exciting part of my work is having the ability to help others. That’s why working with the Insurance Medics team has been such a positive experience–we make giving back part of our everyday lives!
When I’m not working I’m playing basketball, writing, or taking a nap. I’m passionate about mentoring youth and also occasionally like to perform spoken word poetry at random open mics.

I grow up in the northern suburbs of Chicago but currently reside here in sunny Florida. I am certainly a fan of the warmer weather! I am also a graduate of Florida International University–Go Panthers! While I am not working directly with customers, I am a numbers person so I enjoy checking to make sure that all invoices are received and paid to the correct companies. My job can be very tedious but I love it! Being detailed-oriented is something I am good at and crunching numbers can be very fulfilling.

When I am not working, you can certainly find me traveling and exploring new destinations. Something many of my friends know is that I have an addiction to coffee and chocolate (separate or together)!!! Othwerise, I can certainly be found empowering today’s youth by volunteering my time at local charities and nonprofits.

Being a part of the Insurance Medics team is an incredibly rewarding experience. As the Salesforce Administrator, I enjoy solving complex problems and finding solutions that fit our agency’s needs. It’s all about making the business run more efficiently so we can better be of service to our wonderful customers. I was born and raised in Santo Domingo and have always loved studying history and general culture topics. In my free time, you can find me watching sports, learning ‘Life Hacks’, or just problem-solving in general. Something that most people know about me is that I love to watch movies!

I was born in Tampa but grew up in South Florida with my loving parents and older brother. During my career in the insurance agency, I have most enjoyed the opportunity to help others with things that matter most to them. Helping others protect themselves, their families, and their possessions is a great honor. When I am not helping others with their insurance needs, I really enjoy spending time with my family. Maxwell, my son, is the love of my life! I am also a wrestling (WWE) superfan. In my free time, I am either spending quality time with family or doing something adventurous outdoors. I coach a 13 and up travel baseball team here in Plantation, FL. I always try and give back in some way, whether it is through coaching baseball or feeding the homeless or underprivileged, I enjoy being involved in my community!

I was born in Colombia but raised by my amazing mother in sunny South Florida.  I enjoy all things outdoors and love to just be outside with my family to enjoy and experience nature. I put a high priority on family time and I am thankful for every second we spend together. Our customers might not know, but I am a singing machine! I am always singing along to music, especially in the car. I’m pretty good if I do say so myself! My wife doesn’t agree but she’s just jealous. Windows up or down a carpool karaoke session is always a good time. If I’m not at work, I’m most likely with my beautiful wife and amazing daughter. I’m a big family person and love spending time with our large extended family.

My family and I truly believe in giving back to the community. We volunteer our time to local nonprofit organizations such as Youth Environmental Alliance and Leaders Recognizing Leaders.

I was born and raised in South Florida. I started in the insurance industry in late 2020.

I genuinely enjoy assisting folks whatever the situation and saving them money whenever possible.

I enjoy the movies. I’m a big horror movie guy and try to see as many as I can in theaters. I love animals and spend a significant amount of time watching animal-related YouTube videos.

My favorite way to spend the weekend is having a good time with the people I care about.

I grew up in Northern Virginia and have been in the insurance industry for about 5 years. What I most enjoy about my job is helping people find the coverage and protection they need to avoid financial catastrophe.

On a personal level, I enjoy movies, books, painting, and cooking. I paint in oil using the alla prima technique. On the weekends, I am usually around home.

Dave Beans

I grew up here in Plantation, FL! Spent my first year in college at Nova Southeastern and transferred to Broward College, where I look to continue my bachelor’s in Accounting. I had no insurance experience until coming to Insurance Medics. My prior experience in Commercial Real Estate allowed me to fit right into our Commercial Renewal team! I love finding solutions to satisfy the needs of our Business Owners! Having extra hands on our growing renewal team makes our experience simple for our clients and ourselves.

As the oldest of 3, I am always with my little sisters! Spending most of my time with my loved ones, whether that’s a simple grill day or movie night! On the weekend, and if I’m not home with the family, I’m flying around on a jet ski somewhere.

David Daniel Baynas

I grew up in the Philippines. Regarding my professional career, I was a customer support representative for a Mobile Insurance company before I joined Insurance Medics. What I most enjoy about my job is the experience and knowledge I can gather – and the inclination to protect and insure our client’s assets and property.

Personally, I enjoy Baseball, and Tabletop Games (RPG, Wargames, etc…) are my main hobbies, and although I have plenty of other interests, these two take up most of my free time. I like making manuals and editing existing documents to make them look more aesthetically pleasing yet functional and easy to navigate. I also like to collect polyhedral dice. On the weekends, I’m either jogging around town, playing board games with my cousins, or writing an instructional manual.

Jan Bernard Aves

I grew up in the Philippines and I had an educational experience that others might find interesting, I did most of it outside the school settings, through involvement programs like volunteer activities. I was introduced to insurance because my father is a district manager for an insurance company in the Philippines, and for some time in my college years, I worked for him as a secretary. I truly saw that I would enjoy being involved in the industry more. What excites me about my job is helping the customers feel safe and also the relationship with my colleagues! They are very helpful and approachable. No one hesitates to reach out a helping hand if needed, promoting an environment that only makes all of us do well in our jobs.

I really enjoy playing basketball, talking about basketball , watching a basketball game – you what they say, Ball Is Life. A fun fact about me is that I know how to sing, at. least that’s what they say haha. On the weekends, you’ll find me hanging out with friends, and playing basketball. But I sometimes do some volunteer activities, especially during Christmas with the feeding progran.
