Lou was EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Insurance is a frightening maze for lay people. He listened closely to my needs and did not try to sell something to me, but recommended plans that would be best for me at my age (74) and current health status. I am in a customer service business and would rate his service as 100 out of 100!!
