My name is Rizza Shane Reyes, and I work in Customer Service at Insurance Medics. I was born and raised in the Philippines and have recently moved back to my province. Life here is slower, and I especially enjoy the fresh morning air, which I consider one of the best parts of living here.

Before joining Insurance Medics, I worked as a customer support representative for a software company, where I also gained experience in team management, assisting supervisors with team coordination and addressing work-related concerns. While I do not yet have direct experience in the insurance industry, I am excited to learn and grow in this field.

What excites me most about my work is acquiring new skills and developing professionally while helping others. I enjoy being part of a supportive team and contributing to a positive client experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting, a hobby I started two years ago, often learning new projects from online tutorials. I also enjoy exploring local cafés, trying different types of coffee and food, and spending quality time enjoying my own company.
