Lorah Andaya

I’m Lorah Andaya, a Customer Service Representative with Insurance Medics, based in Liloan, Cebu, Philippines. I grew up in Lapu-Lapu City, an island city in Cebu, and today I’m proud to call Liloan home while extending my services across the broader Metro Cebu area.

I’m relatively new to the insurance industry, with a practical focus on health insurance. My background in psychology and community service has given me a strong foundation for connecting with people, understanding their concerns, and providing thoughtful support. I enjoy using what I’ve learned to help clients feel heard, cared for, and more comfortable as they navigate their insurance needs.

What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a positive difference for others. I love learning new things, working alongside a great team, and helping ensure that every client receives the support and attention they deserve.

For me, great customer service in health insurance is about more than answering questions. It’s about listening carefully, communicating with empathy, and helping people feel supported throughout their experience. I’m committed to continuing to build my insurance knowledge while providing the kind of caring, people-focused service that clients can rely on.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my son or getting involved in local community work. Giving back is important to me, both personally and professionally, and I enjoy finding ways to support the people in my community.
