My name is Lisa Semoy, and I am a Home Insurance Specialist at Insurance Medics, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I grew up in Kingston, Jamaica, and I have lived and worked in the Broward area for over 25 years, serving clients across Florida. I hold a Master’s in Health Administration and a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems, along with certifications in coaching, leadership, and ministry. This combination of education and experience allows me to bring both practical expertise and a people-centered approach to my work.

I have 1.5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in residential property insurance. What excites me most is helping clients feel confident, informed, and supported as they navigate insurance decisions. I work with families, individuals, and seniors, focusing on building lasting relationships, offering honest guidance, and ensuring my clients have the protection and peace of mind they deserve. I am a licensed Customer Representative and pride myself on being a trusted resource for my community.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, enjoying coffee chats, journaling, or hosting events to empower women in faith. I love creating meaningful experiences, from thoughtful conversations to small gatherings. I am also involved with my local church and the Jamaican Women of Florida, supporting community outreach initiatives, including food drives and service projects both locally and internationally.
