Jennifer Usan

I’m Jennifer Usan, a Commercial Insurance Specialist with Insurance Medics, proudly serving business owners throughout Florida. Born in Cartagena, Colombia, and raised in South Florida, I’ve spent most of my life in this community and enjoy building lasting relationships with local entrepreneurs and businesses.

My professional background is in Airport Operations Management, where I developed strong skills in organization, problem-solving, and operational management. Today, I bring that experience to commercial insurance, working closely with business owners to understand their operations and help them find coverage that protects their companies, employees, and future growth.

I hold a 440 license and am passionate about working with businesses across a variety of industries. Every company operates differently, and I enjoy learning what makes each business unique so I can provide knowledgeable, personalized support. I’m also committed to continually expanding my insurance expertise and staying current with industry changes.

Having lived in South Florida for most of my life, I’m especially proud to serve its diverse business community and be a trusted resource for entrepreneurs throughout the area.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, son, and large Colombian family. I’m also passionate about music and dancing, especially Latin, Caribbean, and international rhythms. If there’s music playing, you’ll probably find me on the dance floor!
