My name is CJ, and I work in Commercial Producer Support at Insurance Medics. Originally from Cebu City, I am now based in Dubai, where I bring a global perspective and operational expertise to supporting commercial insurance producers. I hold a degree in Nursing, but my career has led me to the fast-paced world of global business operations, specializing in customer service excellence and medical coding.

I began my insurance journey in the Philippines as a Life Insurance Agent and have spent nearly three years with Insurance Medics, focusing on Commercial new business and renewals, including General Liability, Property, and Commercial Auto insurance. What excites me most about my work is the constant opportunity to learn and grow professionally, and the satisfaction of navigating complex challenges to create a smooth experience for both our producers and clients.

I especially enjoy the flexibility of remote work, which allows me to maintain a balanced lifestyle while staying productive and inspired. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring trendy cafes, relaxing at the beach, or staying active through badminton and pickleball with my community groups and friends. I also love discovering great food spots and staying connected to people through shared activities, whether it’s sports or casual outings.
