My name is Carmen Claire “Kaye” Alfafara, and I work in Customer Support for Home Insurance at Insurance Medics. I grew up in Lutopan, Toledo City, Cebu Province, Philippines, and have lived in Cebu City since 1988. I am a Philippine-registered nurse, and my professional experience spans broadcasting, communications, marketing, development work, and now home insurance.

I joined the insurance industry in September 2024, focusing on home insurance customer support, including managing emails across clients, internal teams, insurance carriers, and lienholders. What excites me most is ensuring clients’ coverage stays active, tracking due dates, and coordinating seamlessly to provide timely solutions. My work is guided by professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my sons, reading, Netflixing, grooming my cats, coffee with friends, and singing or hosting events. I also actively support my community through church ministries, outreach programs, and animal welfare initiatives with Cats & Dogs Matter.
