Bea Lacson

My name is Bea Lacson, and I serve as a Real-Time Analyst at Insurance Medics. While I am new to the insurance industry, I am excited to be part of a team dedicated to helping clients find the coverage and support they need. My role focuses on improving efficiency, supporting productivity, and helping ensure our agency operates smoothly so that our clients and team members receive the best possible experience.

I grew up in Cebu, Philippines, and today I split my time between Ilocos Norte and Metro Manila. Living in different parts of the country has given me a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for diverse communities and ways of life.

What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to solve problems and create improvements that help people succeed. I enjoy analyzing workflows, researching new tools, and implementing solutions that make processes more efficient. Whether it’s finding ways to streamline operations, improve communication, or increase productivity, I love being part of positive change within the organization.

As someone who is naturally curious and always eager to learn, I am constantly exploring new technologies, systems, and strategies that can help our team perform at its best. I take pride in supporting the people around me and contributing to an environment where everyone can work more effectively and achieve their goals.

Outside of work, I have a wide range of interests that keep me busy and inspired. I am passionate about dance and enjoy styles such as Kizomba and Bachata. You’ll often find me attending music events and concerts whenever I get the chance. On weekends, I enjoy playing video games, watching films, and diving into a good book.

One of my newest hobbies is chess. I recently learned how to play and have become fascinated by the strategy and problem-solving aspects of the game. It’s something I am always working to improve. In fact, if you get me talking about films, video games, books, or chess, there’s a good chance the conversation could last for hours.

I also have a passion for cooking and enjoy creating meals without following recipes. I love experimenting with ingredients and trusting my instincts in the kitchen. Sometimes I think that in another life, I could have been a chef. Other times, I imagine I might have become a writer, as writing has always been one of my strongest creative outlets.
