My name is Robyn, and I am the Executive Assistant at Insurance Medics. I was born and raised in the Philippines and am currently based in Cebu City, where I work with communities across the Visayas and Mindanao. As a Registered Nurse, my work is rooted in public health, community care, and humanitarian response, fueled by compassion and curiosity.

While I do not come from a traditional insurance background, my experience as a nurse and healthcare administrator has given me extensive exposure to insurance verification, eligibility checks, and complex documentation. This has made me comfortable navigating policies, untangling details, and helping others make sense of the fine print.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand, lost in whimsical fantasy worlds. If I’m not reading, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring and seeking small adventures. I am also actively involved in several non-profit organizations, focusing on humanitarian response efforts and disaster relief operations.
